Hutt-Minoh 20th Anniversary
This year, 20 years have passed since Mino and Hutt began their alliance toward international cooperation.
To commemorate this, there was a ceremony held in Hutt City on January 31st. The ceremony was held in Hutt’s ‘Little Theater,’ and many people attended such as Mayor Ray Wallace of Lower Hutt, and many municipal representatives from Minoh including Mayor Tetsuro Kurata from Minoh City.
Here at the center, we were able to watch the ceremony by Skype. We were able to participate in real time across the Pacific and talk with many of those who were in attendance.
